No. 7 Nebraska followed up Friday’s 38-6 dual sweep of Michigan with a 38-3 win at Michigan State on Sunday afternoon.
Nebraska won nine of 10 games Sunday, including six by bonus points.
NU won three straight bonus-point matches as Jacob Van Dee (133 pounds) and Brock Hardy (141) won by technical fall before Ridge Lott recorded a second-period pin at 149.
The Huskers have also won their last three games with bonus points. That included one of NU’s best wins of the day, as Camden McDanell won a 15-6 major decision over 25th-ranked Remy Cotton.
Over the weekend, four Huskers – Van Dy, Hardy, Lovett and Silas Allred (184) – won both of their matches by bonus points.
Nebraska returns home to face Wisconsin at 8:00 pm Friday.
