661-single transit-oriented development is disintegrated-next Miami

Yesterday, an innovative Metro Parc North ceremony was held, transit oriented.

The development will be a highly amenitated class A-for which it is said to be one of the first of its kind in the Hyaley area.

It will have 661 units for rent and over 15,000 square feet of retail.

The development will be located on a full city block of steps from the Tri-Ril/Metrorail Station.

Another development of the same developer, Metro Parc, soon opens up to 559 units.

Modis Architects is the architect. Kast Construction is the contractor.

The Baron Property Group is the developer.

Completion is expected in Q3 2027.
