Observed beef (51F – cold storage). According to the operator, it was prepared on Saturday. Observed roast beef (48 – Cold Holding) according to operator, cooked on Saturday. Observed beef patty (48F -Cold Holding). Garlic Butter (64F – Cold Holding) According to the operator it was put in there the day before.’
