Hotels.com and Expedia Group have found that the trend of travelers’ holidays, inspired by shows like White Lotus, has grown from year to year by 16%.
The second season of the HBO show was placed in the Sicilian oasis of the San Domenico Palace, a hotel for four season.
After the second series, the hotel has seen a 300% increase in searches and now Hotels.com is expecting a series three to see the same interest in the Four Seasons Koh Samui resort in Thailand.
Helping passengers to provide the best value, Hotels.com found that September starts the lowest prices of the year, with nights starting at £ 1.085 before reaching November.
