4 shot at Midtown Reno bar, suspect still on the loose – FoxReno.com

Police are searching for a suspect in a shooting at Shea Tavern in Midtown Reno that happened early Saturday morning.

Reno Police Department officers responded to the 700 block of St. S. Virginia shortly after midnight on November 2 for the report of shots fired in the area.

Upon arrival, officers found 4 victims with visible gunshot wounds and immediately began rendering medical aid. REMSA arrived on scene and all 4 victims were transported to the hospital. Their condition is currently unknown.

The suspect in this shooting is still unknown. Authorities say they believe this is an isolated incident with no threat to the public.

More than two dozen police officers and other first responders could be seen outside the bar in the hours after the shooting.

This is an active and ongoing investigation. The Reno Police Department is asking people to avoid the area of ​​S. Virginia St. from California Ave. to Cheney.
