3 people including newlyweds accused of two -week armed robbery – NBC Los Angeles

Three people, including a pair of newlyweds, were accused of armed robbery of smoke stores, donut shops and comfort stores in southern California during two -week crime last year, the Ministry of Justice said on Wednesday.

Antonio Lamar Bland, 36, Abigail Luki, 49-year-old, northern Hollywood, and 23-year-old Roni Tucker of Long Beach were accused of one conspiracies for committing a robbery trade, three charges of robbery of Hobs Robbery Act and one number of Hobbs Act robbery attempts.

Blaand and Tucker were also charged with an additional number of Hobbs Act robbery and four for overcoming firearms to support a crime of violence. Blaand is also accused of one issue, each of being a criminal having a firearm and ammunition.

The Hobbes Act prohibits the actual or attempt at robbery or extortion affecting interstate or foreign trade.

All three defendants are behind the bars last year.

According to the prosecution, the trio robbed 12 stores, including one smoke store in Tustin, nine 7-elect and two donut shops in LA and OC.

Blaand and Tucker usually entered each of the buildings while Luke acted as a run -away driver.

In the midst of the 12th robbery on February 6, 2024, Bland and Luke drove to Las Vegas and were legally married before returning to their next robbery on February 8, 2024.

The final robbery took place six days later on February 14, 2024.

A formal test date is scheduled for May 6.
