2024. Bucharnie Distinctions – BUCS Report

2024. Bucharnie Distinctions – BUCS Report

Buccaneers fans, I can’t promise a dispute, but I can try.

If NFL will not recognize Buccaneers Tampa Bay at the NFL Honors award ceremony, then we will do our own!
If NFL will not recognize Buccaneers Tampa Bay at the NFL Honors award ceremony, then we will do our own!

So NFL’s honors have recently happened and there was a unanimous consensus for every choice, especially MVP. I decided why I didn’t do it again, as I did last year. Unlike last year, there was really no candidate to win the actual award. You may be really hard to say and say that Baker Meefield can be ready for this (he has more MVP votes than Russell Wilson). This has made this a little more difficult to determine for some of them, but I take the challenge.

Offensive rookie of the year (in) Graham Barton

I start spicy with this one. I know what the obvious choice is here. The man who received the votes for the actual award, Bucky Irving. However, I will give flowers to the person who may have allowed some of his success. Bucky is obviously skillful to run back alone. However, you cannot ignore the upgrade in the middle compared to 2023. Barton was not perfect at least, especially with punishments down, but he allowed only one bag and 23 pressure on over a thousand click. For a rookie he had an impressive season and had to have a good foundation.

Protected Player of the Year (DT) Vita Vea

There were many options for this, and this is not really a compliment. If Zyon McCollum was playing well down, he would probably bring me back here, but he somehow fell apart at the end. I was also considering Lavonte, but there were too many games that I remembered where it looked to retire afterwards, even though it was still mostly solid. Therefore, Vita gets it for being solid most Sunday. He almost led the team to sacks, but another DT did it in Calijah Kancey (I love it when my edges on the edge cannot beat the fat guys in the middle who should not get sacks). While I was prevalent, he was almost always solid every week, which could not be said by most boys. He was second in sacks and third in TFL. It’s kind of like vibration, but I still think it’s right.

Defense rookie of the Year (s) Smith Thai

This is currently the Dawg Award because Smith played as one. Like last year’s offensive rookie, there was not much competition here. But unlike last year, it doesn’t feel like me. Smith was quite devilishly good at the bigger part of the year. He had a few stinking matches, but he played with a lot of strength. In particular, I thought he did well when he faced Brock Bowers, perhaps the best rookie so far. While he had no tone teams (Oh, wait, no one did it), he had 3 forced strokes (most for DBS). I am excited to see what he does next year with the hope of better around the second place behind him.

Offensive Player of the Year (RB) Bucky Irving

He had to win something. There really was no one else to whom this award could go. With the exception of maybe Baker Meifiel, but it didn’t happen. Bucky, as a rookie, had only over 1500 yards, 8 quick TDS, took a team that had the oldest match in top five unit and looked unshakable. What more can be said, he was just fantastic.

MVP: Baker Meifiel

So this year I decided to skip the player for a return, because no one really meets this criterion like Shack last year. If Chris Godwin returns, he will probably win this, but so many players have been injured this year that there will be great competition. So let’s move to MVP, which is a baby again. I really thought Bucky Irving. But when a person has 41 passing TD, you really can’t ignore it. He had many photos of 16, but he was so good and filled the insult so well that he usually compensates for the mistakes. Once again he must have a new OC, but I believe it can be MVP once again.
