2 Birmingham based companies fill a $ 62.6 million project for Florida apartments – Al.com

Two companies in Birmingham have completed an apartment complex of $ 62.6 million in Central Florida.

The Dobbins Group real estate investment company, along with Capstone Building Corp. contractor, ended with the work of Colina Ranch Hill in San Antonio, Florida, located north of the Tampa area.

Using an urban house design from Humphries & Partners, Colina Ranch Hill has 322 units with one, two and three bedrooms.

Covering 419 861 common gross square feet, the complex is distributed in two and three-storey buildings in low density layout.

The units come with integrated garages, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, luxury flooring, wardrobes and showers, garden -style baths, large windows and private balconies.

Eric Morrison, Vice President of Dobbins Group’s development, said the Colina Ranch Hill was watching a strong lease.
