Lubbock, Texas (KCBD) -2 men have already been charged with the shooting of the death of 25-year-old Devanate Edwards in December.
23-year-old Brian Garcia and 21-year-old Xavier Garcia have been charged with murder.
On December 12, just after 11pm, officers responded to shots fired at a home near the 61st and Yola. The officers found Edwards with multiple firearms.
Edwards died in place.

Investigators believe that the two men fired and killed Edwards over a gun and drugs.
Brian and Xavier are held at the Lubbock County County Center for $ 300,000 bonds.
