Twelve people in demand for crimes, including Fentanyl trafficking, murder and driving shooting, were arrested during a joint performance details in St. Paul.
St. Paul’s police said the details of joint law enforcement were coordinated by the St. Paul Police Police Department, the band, criminal investigations and units for special investigations and the team for the implementation of violent crimes in Ramsay District (VCET).
Four people were arrested in connection with Operation Cold Front-three-month investigation aimed at fentanyl suspects in the center of St. Paul.
Operation Cold Front was a response to the increase in death associated with an overdose with fentanyl, which police claim to have taken 180 lives in Ramsay County in 2023.
Ramsay’s law firm has charged the following people:
- James Woodward, 66, has been charged with a number of second-degree drug sales and one third-degree drug sales.
- 41-year-old Kenneth Lee Wilson has been accused of one first-degree drug sales. Wilson is also waiting for a lawsuit on charges of possessing a firearm as a criminal.
- 49-year-old Martin Tyler Shaw has been charged with two second-degree drug sales and one number of fifth-degree drugs.
- 52-year-old Elijah Denton has been charged with a number of third-degree drug sales. Denton has five previous convictions for a crime.
St. Paul’s police say eight people wanted other crimes, were also arrested on Tuesday, and two were accused by the prosecutor’s office of Ramsay:
- Castell Larar Thomas Jr., 20, was charged with two second-degree murder charges of fatal driving shooting in October.
- Noah Ocardjahi Eskridge, 25, was charged with shooting a driving in connection with an incident in December. Eskridge has three previous convictions: simple robbery, aggravated first -degree robbery and possession of a firearm as a criminal.

We are continuing to protect our community from the devastating impact of fentanyl and other illegal drugs, “said St. Paul Axel Henry’s police chief. “The results of these joint efforts also intensify that violence will not be tolerated in our city. We thank our City of Saint Paul Partners, the VCET of Ramsay County for their priceless cooperation in this investigation and the Ramsi District Prosecutor’s Office for the pursuit of justice. “
