Baton Rouge, La. (WAFB) – Police said one person was killed as a result of a crash in I -10 Eastern Sunday morning, February 23.
The crash happened at about 9:50 on the I-10 East just before the Washington street exit.
Police said the victim was driving a vehicle that struck the back of an 18-wheel.
The victim’s name is not published
At 10:45, the right lane was blocked to I-10 to the east of Washington Street. The output ramp from I-10 to the east to Washington Street was also blocked. The overload was approaching LA 1.
The investigation is ongoing.
