Baton Rouge, La. (First Louisiana) – The Baton Rouge Police Department investigates after a man was injured in a shooting at a Brightside Drive party.

Police said the victim of a male was brought to the hospital with a firearm around 1:30 on Sunday, February 2. Before the shooting happened, the victim and another person attended the party and went out.

According to police, several other people have gone out of a vehicle and opened fire. Many cars were damaged during the shooting.
