1 dead, 2 hospitalized after a heated dispute leads to a piercing, an incident with shooting at Hialeah Home – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Time, Sport | Fort Lauderdale

Hialeah, FLA. (WSVN) – Two people were stabbed and one man was fatally shot after a heated dispute at Hialeah’s escalated home, police say.

A large police presence was observed in the 3900 block of Western 10th Court after the Hyali police were sent to the area around 11.pm. Wednesday after receiving firing messages.

Hyaliah police are blocking much of the road as detectives have conducted their investigation throughout the night that lasted well on Thursday morning.

The 12 -hour investigation will reveal that the people in the residence were in dispute. At one point, things escalated, prompting a man to arm himself with a knife and attack a 50-year-old man. The victim’s 16-year-old son witnessed the attack and tried to intervene, maintaining a rupture of his hands in the process.

As the attacker was leaving the house, another man arm himself with a firearm and fatally shot the man. The connection between the arms, the attacker and the piercing victim is unknown.

7news spoke with neighbor Jesika Castro in Spanish, who said she had heard rifles Wednesday night and when she opened her door, he saw a young man running. Castro said he was horrified because he had a son and couldn’t imagine it happening so close to home.

7news Camera filmed paths of blood and a bloody footprint on the sidewalk leading away from home. The attacker’s body was also seen covered with a yellow tarpaulin, later removed and taken to the employee of medical experts.

Police leaked a car from home and was seen collecting evidence and taking pictures of decisive clues.

The 16-year-old was transported to Niklaus Children’s Hospital, where he was in a stable condition. While the 50-year-old man is taken to Ryder’s traumatic center in a critical but stable condition.

Hyaliah police said this was an isolated incident and the man who shot the gun was in custody. It is unclear whether he will face any accusations or not.
