Rocky Mount, NC (WTVD) – A man is dead and another was injured after firing Thursday.
Rocky Mount Police Department said employees responded to shots calls fired in a 700 block of North Glendale Drive at 3:00 pm.
When officers arrived, they found shell shells in the area. Police said additional calls revealed that the two victims were in a separate place.
Authorities said a 42-year-old man died of his injuries in a 300-block Commodore Drive.
The second victim, a 47-year-old man, was found with firearms and taken to UNC Nash hospital, where he was referred to in a fair condition.
